Privacy notice for people we contact
You received a message sent through Outreach.asia, a service of Communication 21 Media Group. The message says which business it is from. That business decides who to contact and why; we send the message on its behalf and handle your details as its processor.
Where your details came from
From public business sources: your company's website, business directories and search results, or a business-contact data provider. We look for business contact details only (for example info@, sales@ or your work address), not private ones.
What we hold
Your business contact details, your company's public information, the messages exchanged and notes about any reply.
Why
To introduce a business offer that may be relevant to your company. The legal basis is the sender's legitimate interest in business-to-business communication, or your consent where the law requires it.
How to stop it
Use the unsubscribe link in the email, reply "stop" (in any language), or email wilson@communication21.com. You will not be contacted again by that business, and where you ask us, by any business using Outreach.asia. We keep a short record of your request so that it stays honoured.
How long we keep it
If you were contacted, up to 730 days after the last message; otherwise up to 180 days. Opt-out records are kept permanently, only to honour them.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy, or object to direct marketing. Email wilson@communication21.com; we answer within 21 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country: in Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (JPDP); in Singapore, the PDPC; in Thailand, the PDPC; in Indonesia, the personal data protection authority; in the Philippines, the National Privacy Commission.
Transfers
Some of our providers process data outside your country, mainly in Singapore and the United States, with safeguards in our contracts.
